GROUP FITNESS

From beginners to the most experienced of athletes, our workouts will give you the challenge you need to meet your fitness goals. Our group fitness classes are a combination of HIIT style circuits and bootcamps. Where we utilize the latest in functional fitness techniques and tools. Blending traditional fitness circuits with functional training and the martial arts.

They are fast paced, fun and exciting workouts. Where we use everything from our world class monkey bar rig to kettlebells and battle ropes.
